How do I book an appointment?Read
Book online anytime. Choose your treatment, pick an open time, and add a card to hold the appointment. You will get a confirmation and an intake form by email.
Which facial is right for me?Read
It depends on your goals and how much time you have. The facial guide matches common skin concerns to the right treatment. First visit and unsure? The 50 or The 75 is a great start.

How far in advance should I book?Read
I recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends, since I'm a solo practice and spots fill quickly. Same-day openings appear on the calendar when available.
Do you accept walk-ins?Read
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your spot. Same-day openings appear on the booking calendar whenever they are available.
Will I be charged when I book?Read
A card secures your visit. No deposit is charged at booking.
What's your cancellation policy?Read
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of 20% of the booked service.
What if I no-show my appointment?Read
A 20% fee will be charged to the card on file for missed appointments without prior notice.
What if I arrive late?Read
I'll provide the remaining time for your session, but the full service fee will still apply, so please try to arrive on time to get the most out of your treatment.
What happens at my first visit?Read
Fill out the intake form that arrives by email after you book. At your appointment we start with a short skin check and talk through your routine and goals, then your treatment is customized from there. Stand-alone peels are for returning clients. For a peel on your first visit, book the "With A Peel" version of your facial.
How should I prepare for my appointment?Read
Come with a clean face if possible, avoid retinoids or exfoliating acids for 2–3 days prior, and note any recent sun exposure, procedures, or skin reactions on your intake form.
What if I have active breakouts or a skin condition?Read
Note it on your intake form. Every treatment is customized to your skin's current state. For breakouts, the Simply Acne Treatment is designed for exactly that.
What should I do after my facial?Read
Avoid heavy makeup for the rest of the day, wear SPF, and skip harsh actives for 48 hours to let your skin fully benefit from the treatment. After a peel, use a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF for three days.
How often should I come in?Read
Skin renews roughly every four weeks, so many clients book every 4–6 weeks to keep results going. You can book your next visit on the calendar anytime.
Is Simply Facials a one-person studio?Read
Yes. I'm the only esthetician here, so every treatment is performed by me personally. Coming with a friend? Book two back-to-back appointments on the calendar.
What skincare lines do you use?Read
I work with Rejuvi, Bioelements, Circadia, and Linder Health, professional-grade lines I use to customize every treatment to your skin's specific needs. Rejuvi products are available in the shop.
How do gift cards work?Read
Buy a gift card online in any amount and send it by email right away or on a scheduled date. The recipient books online as usual and the balance is applied at checkout. Gift card sales are final.
